1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Waseem Shahzad (“Consultant,” “we,” “us”) for SEO consulting services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Waseem Shahzad, an independent SEO consultant operating as a sole trader.

2. Services

Waseem Shahzad provides SEO consulting services including but not limited to:

• Technical SEO audits and recommendations
• On-page and off-page SEO strategy
• Content strategy and optimisation
• E-commerce SEO (Shopify, WooCommerce, and other platforms)
• Local SEO strategy
• Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)
• Link building strategy and outreach
• SEO reporting and analytics

The specific scope of services for each engagement will be defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.

3. No Guarantee of Rankings

We will always act in your best interest using ethical, white-hat SEO practices. Past results for other clients do not guarantee similar results for your project.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver effective SEO services, we require the Client to:

• Provide timely access to website back-end, analytics, and Search Console where required
• Supply accurate information about their business, target audience, and goals
• Implement or approve recommended technical changes within a reasonable timeframe
• Provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed review period (typically 5 business days)
• Ensure content published to their website does not infringe on third-party intellectual property

Delays caused by the Client’s failure to fulfil these responsibilities may affect timelines and outcomes, for which the Consultant accepts no liability.

5. Fees and Payment

• All fees are agreed upon in writing before work commences.
• Invoices are issued monthly (for retainer engagements) or upon completion of agreed milestones (for project-based work).
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Clients outside the US are responsible for any currency conversion fees.
• Fees do not include third-party costs such as paid advertising, link placement fees, software subscriptions, or stock photography, unless explicitly stated.

6. Cancellation and Termination

• Either party may terminate a retainer engagement with 30 days’ written notice.
• Project-based engagements may be cancelled with 14 days’ written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced at the agreed rate.
• We reserve the right to terminate immediately if the Client requests practices that violate search engine guidelines, engage in abusive conduct, or fail to make payment after two written reminders.
• Upon termination, all deliverables completed and paid for become the Client’s property. Work in progress will be invoiced proportionally.

7. Intellectual Property

• All deliverables (reports, content, strategies) produced for and paid by the Client become the Client’s property upon full payment.
• The Consultant retains the right to mention the Client engagement as a case study or portfolio item (without disclosing confidential data) unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
• Any proprietary frameworks, templates, or methodologies used in service delivery remain the intellectual property of the Consultant.
• This website and all its content — including text, design, and code — is owned by Waseem Shahzad. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all Client information as confidential and will not disclose business-sensitive information (analytics data, revenue figures, strategies, or internal processes) to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.

Clients are similarly requested to treat all proprietary methodologies, pricing, and strategies shared by the Consultant as confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Consultant’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the three months preceding the claim.

The Consultant is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity resulting from changes in search engine algorithms
• Actions taken by the Client or third parties that negatively impact SEO performance
• Google penalties or manual actions resulting from pre-existing issues on the Client’s website
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

10. Ethical SEO Practices

All services are delivered using ethical, white-hat SEO techniques that comply with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines and other major search engine policies. We do not engage in:

• Black-hat link schemes or paid link networks
• Keyword stuffing or hidden text
• Cloaking or deceptive redirects
• Scraped or auto-generated content intended to manipulate rankings

If a Client requests practices that violate these guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse and, if necessary, terminate the engagement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where the Consultant is based. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this website or engagement of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
